Richard Fox is a locally grown Southern California surfer.  Born and raised on the beaches of Carlsbad and Oceanside he has spent his life in the water and waves. Richard is passionate about sharing his love of the water and teaching people the skills needed to be safe and have fun.  As a former California State Lifeguard people of all ages can feel confident they are in good hands.
